Priyelle sells handcrafted jewellery from India. These terms cover how ordering here actually works.

The site is the catalogue

Nothing is charged on this website. Choosing pieces here opens a WhatsApp message with your order written out; the order is agreed, and payment arranged, in that conversation. Until we confirm it in the chat, an order is a request rather than a contract.

Prices and stock

Prices are in Indian rupees and can change. Stock counts are maintained by hand, so a piece can sell out between the moment you add it to your cart and the moment we confirm — if that happens we will tell you in the chat and nothing is owed.

The pieces themselves

Our pieces are gold-plated brass, finished by hand in small batches. Small variations in plating, stones and finish are the nature of the work rather than faults. Photographs are our own and are taken in natural light; screens differ, so colour can read slightly differently on yours.

Delivery, returns and exchanges

Delivery, returns and exchanges are agreed with you in the chat before anything is dispatched. If a piece reaches you damaged or is not what was confirmed, message us at the number on this site and we will make it right.

Your account

Signing in is only used to attach an order to a person. Do not use the site to place orders you have no intention of completing. We can decline or cancel an order, and will say why.
